HS TRANSCRIPT / PLACEMENT TESTS
Your high school counselor will submit your transcript and/or your ACT scores to 鉴黄师app HS Partnership contacts. If transcript/ACT scores do not meet prerequisites, students will need to take the Accuplacer placement test (for English, Math, Science, and other select courses).
ENROLL
To enroll, meet with your high school counselor to discuss concurrent and dual credit course options or HS partnership contacts. All HS enrollments will need to be approved by the high school counselor or principal.
PAY
Payments can be made in person, by phone, or online through your . Payment plans are also available through your .
Under the Excel in CTE Initiative, Kansas high school juniors and seniors can qualify for free college tuition for approved technical courses offered at Kansas technical schools and community colleges.
Concurrent enrollment allows high school students to earn both high school and college credit by taking college-level courses at their high school. These classes are offered during the regular school day and are taught by 鉴黄师app-approved high school instructors. Eligible students include those in grades 10鈥12, as well as 9th-grade students enrolled in a gifted program.
Dual credit enrollment, on the other hand, takes place outside of the high school setting. These courses are either offered online or taught by 鉴黄师app faculty on one of the college鈥檚 campuses. Students in dual credit courses are held to the same standards and expectations as traditional college students, giving them direct experience with the college learning environment while still completing high school.
Spring Dates and Deadlines
Last Day for pre-enrollment 鈥 January 18, 2026
This is the last day to apply online and pre-enroll in the classes you wish to get college credit for.
Last day to submit high school transcripts or ACT/Accuplacer scores 鈥 January 18, 2026
Students wanting to enroll in English 101 or College Algebra must send their high school transcripts or ACT/Accuplacer scores to 鉴黄师app by this date.
Payment due 鈥 Payment is due by Febuary 3rd, 2026
If not paid by Feb.. 3rd, a Business Office hold is placed on a student’s account due to an outstanding balance. This hold will essentially freeze the student’s account preventing registration of additional classes, transcript requests, etc. All outstanding amounts due to the college must be paid before further registration is permitted. The holds are released when payment is received.
Year-long courses
For a course that spans the entire school year, such as a science course, half of the charge is due by each semester鈥檚 due date.
Last day to drop a class and receive a refund 鈥 February 4th, 2026
After this date, you will no longer be eligible for a refund for classes starting in fall.
Last day to drop a class without receiving a refund 鈥 February 13th, 2026
This is the last day to drop a class, but no refund will be issued.
Withdrawals begin 鈥 February 16, 2026
Withdrawals begin. Students will no longer be able to 鈥渄rop.鈥 Students will have a 鈥淲鈥 on their transcript and will still owe tuition/fees. A 鈥淲鈥 does not impact GPA.
Last day for withdrawal 鈥 April 24, 2026
After this date, students will receive the grade earned throughout the term and it will be the grade that will appear on their final transcript.
Fall Dates and Deadlines

Excel in CTE Initiative
Under the Excel in CTE Initiative, Kansas high school juniors and seniors can qualify for free college tuition for approved technical courses offered at Kansas technical schools and community colleges.
In addition to assisting students, Excel in CTE Initiative also provides several funding incentives to local school districts. 鉴黄师app has partnered with several area high schools to provide more qualifying vocation programs. For a complete list of Excel in CTE Initiative classes* offered at 鉴黄师app, go to our and select the Excel in CTE eligible classes only under the drop down menu for course type.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Money Order, Cashier鈥檚 Check, & Credit/Debit Cards
TO MAKE A PAYMENT ONLINE:
- If you have not logged into your student email – log into it for the first time then log into the MY鉴黄师app portal using your 9 digit student ID#
- Click on My Student Portal in the top menu.
- On the left side of the screen click on My Finances > Herring Bank My Account Info
- Click the drop-down box and choose the 2025-2026 fall semester.
- Next it will display the current billing. Payment links will be available through this page.
*Online payments are charged a flat $2 convenience fee.
**In-Person/Phone Card payments are a charged a 4% convenience fee.
